1. Information We Process
PASADO LMS may process account information, school profile details, learner records, contact details, enrollment data, attendance records, quiz and assignment activity, uploaded files, progress reports, payment records, IP addresses, browser/device information, and consent/acceptance logs.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used to provide learning management features, classroom access, offline delivery, reporting, subscription activation, support, security, abuse prevention, audit trails, and legal compliance.
3. School and Teacher Responsibility
Teachers, trainers, and schools are responsible for ensuring they have proper authority to upload and manage learner data. They should collect only necessary information and keep learner records accurate and current.
4. Payments
Online payments are handled by the configured payment provider. PASADO LMS stores payment status, checkout references, amounts, timestamps, and provider webhook data needed to activate subscriptions. Card or wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider, not directly stored by PASADO LMS.
5. Security and Retention
The system uses authentication, protected media access, and local/server controls to reduce unauthorized access. Data is retained as needed for LMS operations, school records, legal compliance, dispute handling, and backups unless deleted according to an authorized retention process.
6. User Rights and Requests
Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some education records may need to be retained by the school, trainer, or owner for legitimate academic, regulatory, or legal reasons.
7. Third Parties
PASADO LMS may rely on services such as hosting providers, email services, Google sign-in, and payment processors. These services process data only as needed for authentication, hosting, communication, payment, and operation of the LMS.
