PASADO LMS Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Service
PASADO LMS is provided for course delivery, learner management, assessments, reporting, and offline/online classroom operations. Users must use the system lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and avoid uploading unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
Teachers and administrators are responsible for the learner records, course materials, reports, and school information they create or upload. The owner may suspend access for abuse, security concerns, unpaid subscriptions, or violations of these terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid access is based on course slots. Each active course slot is billed monthly at the displayed rate unless changed in writing or in the application. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Course access may be limited if payment is canceled, past due, reversed, or not verified by webhook confirmation.
4. Data and Content
Users retain responsibility for content and learner data entered into PASADO LMS. The system may store names, contact details, learner identifiers, attendance, submissions, quiz results, progress data, reports, uploaded files, payment records, and device/session metadata needed to operate the service.
5. Availability and Offline Use
PASADO LMS includes local/offline workflows. The owner will make reasonable efforts to keep the system reliable, but availability can depend on device health, local network configuration, hosting, browser compatibility, third-party payment providers, and user-managed backups.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PASADO LMS is provided without guarantees that it will meet every regulatory, school, or reporting requirement. Users should verify exported reports and maintain independent backups of important data.
7. Changes
The owner may update these terms. When material changes are made, users may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
